Convert Your Work Experience
If you want to fast track your career progression, pursuing an Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) qualification is a viable study option. Introduced by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) in 2011, APEL provides an opportunity for individuals with work experience but lacking formal academic qualifications to pursue studies at tertiary institutions. There are two APEL credit awards, namely APEL (A) and APEL (C). APEL (A) allows you to pursue higher education by converting your work experience into academic entry qualifications. As for APEL (C), it allows credit transfer for individuals with working experience based on the respective academic programmes.
