INTI Signs MoU With SME Association Sabah

INTI College Sabah (INTI) recently inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SME Association Sabah to strengthen the institutions’ efforts in producing industry-ready talent for the future workforce. Held at INTI College Sabah, the signing ceremony saw guests such as Mr Foo Ngee Kee, President of SME Association Sabah; Mr Lawrence Wong, Secretary-General of SME Association Sabah; Mr Tan Kai Teck, Vice President of SME Association Sabah, and other representatives of SME Association Sabah, in attendance.

Roselyn Chua, Chief Executive of INTI College Sabah and signatory for INTI, shared that the agreement between INTI and SME Association Sabah will greatly benefit INTI’s students.

“This agreement will see more collaborative ventures with Sabah’s small and medium enterprises, who make up a majority of businesses in Malaysia . This will provide students with the opportunity to build on skillsets through coaching and mentorship sessions, bootcamps and training while learning about the industry’s challenges, trends, and expectations from industry professionals,” shared Roselyn.

Mr Foo Ngee Kee, President of SME Association Sabah and signatory for the organisation shared that he was pleased to ink the agreement with INTI.

I am positive that this collaboration will also benefit Sabah’s SMEs, as students bring in fresh and innovative ideas to improve business processes, increase productivity levels, and add a vibrant and newly skilled employee to the organisation,” shared Foo.
