INTI International University & Colleges Signs Memorandum of Agreement with University of Baguio

INTI International University & Colleges recently entered an academic partnership with the University of Baguio (UB), Philippines, in an effort to promote and advance areas such as teaching and learning, employability, and research.

The Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) Signing Ceremony between INTI International University & Colleges and the University of Baguio was held online on 15 November 2021.

Through this agreement, the institutions will collaborate on efforts including Study Abroad Information Open Day, academic progression, placement and enrolment for Pre-University Foundation, Diploma, Bachelor and Master, visiting scholar, as well as student and faculty exchange programmes.

The University of Baguio, which was founded in 1948, educates individuals to be empowered professionals in a global community and dedicates itself to be a delivering institution of quality, relevant, and inclusive programs that are at par with the world’s demands and current challenges.

Chong Kok Wai, Chief Executive Officer of INTI International University & Colleges, and Engr. Javier Herminio D. Bautista, President of the University of Baguio, were the primary signatories of the Memorandum of Agreement between the two institutions.


Dr Jane Lim, Chief Executive of INTI International College Subang, delivered the speech on behalf of INTI International University & Colleges at the event.

Engr. Javier Herminio Bautista said it was an honour to have the opportunity to partner with INTI International University & Colleges.

“It is an important moment for the University of Baguio. We are very proud to partner with an international group that can help us in growing to be more culturally diverse and also improve the system of UB,” he added.

Dr Jane Lim, Chief Executive of INTI International College Subang, when delivering Kok Wai’s speech on his behalf at the event, said the partnership will help both universities advance in the areas that are important in education.
