What you will learn
- Listening skills
Develop a variety of listening skills, such as listening for general ideas, listening for specific information and making an inference. - Speaking skills
Exchange information fluently, in pair or in groups including discussion activities, role-plays and presentations. - Reading skills
Read a variety of printed texts to skim, scan, infer cause and effect relationships, evaluate a sequence of events and predict outcomes and events. - Writing skills
Develop English academic writing skills. Students will be exposed to various types of writing techniques such as writing short paragraphs or creating their own compositions, using important principles of effective writing. - Grammar
Apply and use grammatical rules accurately in using the four language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
