To fulfill his parents’ wishes, he courageously pursued a master’s degree in project management at DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management.

“The people I grew up with played a pivotal role in shaping my personality and who I am today. My study life was filled with cherished memories, and I long to turn back time and relish them once again. Late-night study sessions, group assignments in the library, quick lunches, and the laughter shared were all precious to me,” Logesh fondly recalled in a Q&A session.
When asked about what drew him to digital marketing, Logesh highlighted that his experience working in a marketing agency allowed him to explore new avenues.
“Having a professional background in IT and venturing into the world of digital marketing required expertise in both areas. Working with clients who needed process optimization and systems setup, I utilized my skills from the agency. It was the perfect blend that facilitated my transition into digital marketing,” he explained.
During the session, he advised students to surround themselves with individuals who encourage personal growth.
“Always be surrounded by people who support your personal growth. Chase your dreams, embrace the challenges, and seize opportunities,” he said. He added, “I’m just an average person who took chances. The real secret lies in working towards opportunities. Don’t wait for the perfect idea. Perfectionism will only hold you back. The most crucial aspect is consistency.”
Logesh, who graduated from INTI International College Subang in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in collaboration with Coventry University, UK, currently holds the position of Senior Director of Business Operations at Media Monks in San Francisco. Prior to dabbling in YouTube and content creation, he gained valuable experience working with Apple Inc and Galileo.

Additionally, my background in project management and business also contributed to my career as I now have a team handling things like editing, thumbnail creation, and subtitles,” he said, grateful for the work-life balance he enjoys with the help of a supportive team.
Logesh’s goals extend beyond his current achievements; he aspires to contribute to his alma mater and make a difference in Malaysia. His plans include creating more job opportunities for Malaysians and supporting local businesses.
