INTI’s Partnership with Dorsett Enhances Industry Exposure for Students

Hospitality education has moved a notch higher with the establishment of Dorsett Hospitality International’s training facilities at INTI International College Subang (IICS) to create an industry-driven learning environment for students.

In a signing of a memorandum of understanding to formalise the establishment of the training facilities, Dorsett Hospitality International and IICS sealed a long standing relationship that has opened doors of opportunity for IICS’s hospitality programme students.

 

On hand to sign the agreement, which was witnessed by Nadia Monira Bte Mohamed Taib, Assistant Secretary, Industrial Development Division, Ministry of Tourism and Culture, were Yang Berbahagia Datin Jasmine Abdullah Heng, Vice Chairman of Dorsett Hospitality International, and Amit Sevak, CEO of INTI.

 

Apart from providing training equipment for the Front Office and Guestroom ‘simulation rooms’ at IICS, Dorsett Hospitality International will also share the group’s Standard Operating Procedure Manual with hospitality students to enhance their knowledge and sharpen their skills. This will enable them to meet industry standards and provide excellent services that will measure up to the expectations of international travellers when they embark on a career in hospitality in the future.
