INTI International University & Colleges hosted the INTI Chinese New Year (CNY) Networking Dinner 2025 at One World Hotel, bringing together industry leaders, academic professionals, and alumni for an evening of meaningful networking and collaboration.

INTI’s Chinese New Year Networking Dinner 2025 welcomed more than 250 industry partners at One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya.
Dr. Jane Lim, Vice President of Academic Support & Partnership of INTI International University & College highlighted INTI’s commitment to providing students with hands-on learning opportunities through collaborations with industry partners. “We believe that engaging with industry professionals is key to ensuring our students are well-prepared for the workforce,” she said.
Echoing this sentiment, Datuk Tan Yew Sing, Founder of INTI reinforced the value of partnerships in driving innovation and talent development. “INTI has always prioritized industry engagement to bridge the gap between education and real-world application. Events like these provide a valuable platform for fostering long-term collaborations,” he stated.
The networking dinner was made possible through the generous support of sponsors, including Ler Lum Advisory Services, TalentBank, and ZUS Coffee. Their contributions helped facilitate an evening of insightful discussions, new connections, and potential collaborations between academia and industry.
Industry partners in attendance shared their perspectives on the significance of such engagements. Cham Cheok Foo, Senior Business Manager from Powerware Systems Sdn. Bhd. expressed his excitement as it was his first time attending INTI networking events as a new industry partner – “being part of INTI’s networking event for the first time has been an eye-opening experience,” he said. “I look forward to more engagements with INTI in the future.”
Meanwhile, Shirley Yuen Hou Yee, Assistant Manager of HR & Administration at IJM Industry and an alumna of the School of Business & Communication at INTI International College Subang, expressed her excitement about returning to an INTI event—not just as a former student, but also as an industry partner.
The evening was further enlivened as the audience enjoyed a lively Lou Sang session, an impressive face-changing performance, and engaging interactive games, making the event both meaningful and entertaining.
