Jess Tinawin, Vice President of INTI’s International Business Development and signatory for the institution, believes that the collaboration between INTI and AUC will provide wonderful opportunities for the students of both institutions.

The virtual ceremony, graced by representatives from both INTI and AUC, witnessed the start of an agreement that will involve academic partnership, cooperation, and collaboration in education to advance teaching, learning, employability, and research initiatives. In addition, it will serve as a platform for study abroad programmes, academic progression, placement, and enrolment, student, and faculty mobility exchange programmes, visiting scholar programmes, as well as curriculum mapping, design, and development.

Jess Tinawin, Vice President of INTI’s International Business Development and signatory for the institution, said forging relationships with universities like Algebra University College allows INTI to provide the best opportunities and experiences for students.

“We look forward to this cooperation with AUC – INTI’s first partner in Croatia. I’m certain that this partnership will benefit both institutions during a time when forming links with other universities has perhaps never been simpler or more necessary,” he said.

Meanwhile, in an address delivered by Jess on behalf of Chong Kok Wai, Chief Executive Officer of INTI International University & Colleges, he mentioned that INTI was delighted to expand its network with a reputable academic partner like AUC to further its goals to produce graduates who are ready for the workplace of the world.

The Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed by Jess Tinawin, Vice President of INTI’s International Business Development, on behalf of INTI’s CEO Chong Kok Wai, and Mislav Balkovic, Dean of Algebra University College.

“As both institutions share the same views on education, which is to prepare students with knowledge of fast-growing industries and technology to equip them for the real needs of the employers, I believe there is much we can learn from others’ best practices and strengths. All this will allow us to provide quality education for our future leaders and allow them as well as our faculty to exchange knowledge and expand their worldviews. I’m excited to see the great things that will come from this partnership,” he stated.

The signee and Dean of AUC, Mislav Balkovic, expressed his views on the passion shown by both institutions in building societies and education.

“This collaboration will be a meaningful one as both universities are striving to achieve quality education through partnerships with established educational institutions from around the world. AUC never aimed at size but focused on quality and significance in areas and societies that are currently active in research to meet excellence in the work we do. This agreement is a steppingstone to a wonderful start between INTI and Algebra University College,” he said.
