INTI International University & Colleges and Top Glove have joined forces in a momentous Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing, marking a significant milestone in their partnership. This collaboration marks the beginning of a strategic alliance focused on fostering mutual growth and development in the education and glove manufacturing sectors.
The signing ceremony took place on 17 July 2023 at Top Glove’s headquarters, where representatives from both organisations came together to seal the agreement. Present at the ceremony were Naomi Yang, Assistant Vice President of Career Services at INTI International University & Colleges; Or Seng Yeang, Head of Career Services at INTI International University; Melissa Cheoh, Director and Financial Controller of Top Glove; and Loh Xzee Ling, Deputy General Manager, Group Human Resources of Top Glove.

The MoU aims to foster industry engagement and knowledge exchange, offering exclusive access to a wide range of career initiatives, including employer projects, workshops, career talks, the INTI Leadership Series, boot camps, coaching and mentoring programmes, on-campus recruitment, internships, and even full-time positions at Top Glove.
This strategic partnership capitalizes on the strengths of both organizations to bridge the gap between academia and industry, creating a robust talent pipeline. INTI empowers its students with essential workforce skills, while Top Glove gains access to a pool of talented graduates from INTI.
