The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) solidifies the joint commitment of INTI and Monin to merge their expertise and creativity in flavour solutions to bridge the gap between education and industry. The agreement highlights a mutual dedication to fostering partnerships that enhance students’ career prospects and marks the beginning of a collaborative effort to bridge the gap between academia and industry.
The strategic alliance between INTI and Monin aims to improve student learning and promote excellence within the hospitality industry. The goal is to nurture a talented pool of individuals. As part of this partnership, Monin sponsors its products to INTI’s School of Hospitality (SOHOS) and actively supports INTI with employer branding, employer projects, and boot camps. At the same time, INTI offers Monin employees and their family members various benefits, including programme discounts.
Dr Jane expressed her enthusiasm about the MoU, stating, “This MoU is not just a mere partnership; it’s a shared commitment to fostering innovation, creativity, and excellence in the education we offer. Leveraging Monin’s unmatched expertise in flavour solutions and premium syrups will now enhance our School of Hospitality, establishing new benchmarks of excellence in the hospitality sector.”
Meanwhile, Daphne Wong emphasised, “Monin has been all about flavour, magic, and transforming ordinary drinks into extraordinary experiences for over 150 years. But today, it’s much more than that. We’re here to cultivate talent, empower future innovators, and revolutionise the beverage industry with INTI.”
“Our collaboration extends beyond Monin; it’s about significantly impacting the global culinary community. Together, we will push boundaries, learn from each other, and leave a lasting mark on every glass and every corner of the beverage world,” she concluded.
