The Impact of TMT Functional Heterogeneity on Corporate Performance Towards IR 4.0

INTI International University’s Faculty of Business, Communication, and Law (FOBCAL) is organising a symposium which will allow academics and industry professionals to discuss the impact of TMT (Top Management Team) functional heterogeneity on corporate performance towards IR4.0. The heterogeneity of TMT affects organizational performance to a large extent as countries around the world are moving towards Industry 4.0. The main purpose is to modernize industrial potential and convert the economy from a low-cost manufacturing nation into a high-value competing manufacturer nation. In order to address challenges, TMT needs to prepare their organisations to match the competitive global environment and maintain overall corporate performance to meet global demand.
