June 5, 2024

INTI International University has been awarded the prestigious Rising Star Award in the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings 2025, making it the sole recipient of this accolade in Malaysia and one of only six institutions globally to receive this honour. This award highlights INTI’s rapid progress and exceptional efforts to enhance educational quality and global standing.

One of the significant criteria for receiving the Rising Star Award is the improvement in the QS World University Rankings, which INTI has achieved by advancing to the 516th rank this year, up from 556th the previous year. This progress is particularly impressive given that INTI debuted in the QS World University Rankings 2024 at 556.

INTI’s strategic focus on enhancing research efforts has increased high-quality research outputs with positive global impacts. This has boosted the university’s reputation and attracted international faculty and students, fostering a vibrant and globally engaged academic environment.
