INTI International University Welcomed Seven Esteemed Scholars from Across the Globe

March 28 to April 03, 2023 – From Indonesia to the Netherlands, the University was buzzing with excitement as it welcomed seven esteemed scholars from across the globe:

  2. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tabassum Afzal, Rector, COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan.
  3. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Junaid Mughal T.I, Campus Director, COMSATS University Islamabad (Attock Campus), Pakistan.
  4. Prof. Dr. Shia Ben Chang, Vice-President Resource and Business Development, Fujen Catholic University, Taiwan.
  5. Dr. Dheeba Moosa, Deputy Vice Chancellor of Research and Innovation, Islamic University of Maldives.
  6. Prof. Dr. Andriew Lim, Director, Hotelschool The Hague (Hospitality Business School), Netherlands.
  7. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nilufar Khodjaeva, Head of Department Translation Studies and International Journalism, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, Uzbekistan.

These scholars, each renowned in their respective fields, participated in the Inbound Visiting Scholars (IVS) programme from March 28 to April 03, 2023, and brought with them a wealth of knowledge, experience, and perspective to support the University’s transition to transformation.

Throughout their visit, the University arranged a diverse range of activities to engage and inspire the scholars, including guest lectures, forums, and potential collaborations with relevant audiences. As honoured speakers at the International Higher Education Conference (IHEC) 2023, the IVS participants shared their invaluable insights, contributing to the advancement of higher education on a global scale.

But the meeting wasn’t just about showcasing the scholars’ achievements; it was also about forging lasting relationships between the University and these international scholars. Together, they explored new and innovative ideas for collaboration, ranging from education innovation to joint research initiatives focused on solving social problems and promoting industrial development.
