On 4th Nov 2025, a knowledge transfer workshop was held to address this study which provides valuable insights into the key risk factors contributing to low back pain among university student.The session helping educators and health professionals design targeted ergonomic and preventive strategies. By identifying modifiable factors such as electronic gadget use, study mode, and academic workload, the findings can guide interventions that promote better posture, reduce disability, and enhance students’ overall health and academic performance. The workshop was interactive, allowing participants to engage in discussions, ask questions, and participate in demonstrations of exercises and postural corrections. The event was well-received, with attendees expressing appreciation for the practical advice and the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of how to manage lower back.
The workshop enhanced participants’ awareness of the importance of proper posture, regular physical activity, and ergonomic habits in preventing lower back pain. Attendees gained practical strategies for managing existing discomfort, which may help reduce absenteeism and improve productivity in both personal and professional settings. Additionally, the event fostered a deeper understanding of the value of early intervention and proactive approaches to managing lower back pain.
