This Enhancing Physical, Mental Health And Well-Being Through Exercise program aimed to teach students various benefits of exercising for physical and mental health. A practical session was conducted to introduce basic exercises for students. Also, a the end of the event, the student were given online questionnaire to check their level of understanding and feedback was provided for the workshop.
The program made a meaningful impact on the community by increasing awareness of the importance of physical activity and encouraging healthier lifestyle choices. It effectively reached a wide audience, both through direct participation and indirect engagement. The outcomes were consistent, showing immediate positive responses during the event and suggesting lasting benefits over the following months. Although there were no direct financial gains, the initiative contributed to economic value through improved community health and the potential reduction of future healthcare expenses. Overall, it empowered the community with essential knowledge, nurturing a sustained culture of wellness and proactive health management.
