Program Infaq Ramadan (Agihan Bubur) was organised for the first time for the FELA community, together with 30 mobility students from Indonesia and Pakistan. The initiative aimed to strengthen community bonds among faculty members while promoting the values of generosity, compassion, and cooperation during the month of Ramadan.
The programme encouraged lecturers, staff, and students to work together in preparing and distributing food, fostering teamwork and unity within the faculty community. Through acts of giving, participants were encouraged to embrace the spirit of kindness and social responsibility.
As part of the university’s social responsibility (USR) efforts, the initiative also focused on supporting those in need by distributing food to university members, frontline workers, and selected external communities. One of the key highlights included the successful distribution of food and donation items by the team led by Dr. Choo Yeong Khong at Bahagian Siasatan & Penguatkuasaan Trafik IPD Nilai.
The programme created greater awareness on the importance of sharing and helping others, while inspiring participants to continue contributing positively to society. Overall, the initiative successfully promoted generosity, inclusivity, and stronger relationships among the university and wider community during Ramadan.
