We are excited to share with you details of the Virtual Student Exchange Programme, spearheaded by Yinchuan University of Energy, to make education accessible to all students, providing them with the ability to undertake professional courses and participate in co-curricular programs without the necessity to leave the comfort of their homes.
The programme aims to broaden students’ international horizons, explore multi- cultural development trends, and new opportunities of the “Belt and Road” strategic countries and to help students understand the direction of their personal development. In addition to the professional courses, students will be exposed to the cross-cultural experiences, which have been the signature of YCUE’s Student Exchange Programme.
This combination of online learning and virtual exchange will provide students with a unique intercultural experience through digital technologies and platforms. Upon completion of assessment, students are to be awarded with Micro Credential Certificates issued by Yinchuan University of Energy.
The courses offered in the workshop are all designed to cover elementary Mandarin, with the option to choose an additional course from the three professional courses in Human Resources, Business English, and Translation.
In the first two weeks the focus will be on Elementary Mandarin teaching and from the 3rd to the 7th week the focus will be on the professional courses selected. The Virtual Student Exchange Programme will begin on 19 September 2022 to 21 October 2022 every Wednesday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm for seven weeks.
