The International Conference on Information Technology and Digital Applications (ICITDA) 2024, held on 7-8 November, successfully concluded with impactful discussions on leveraging technology for a sustainable future. Themed “IT for Sustainability: Navigating the Digital Path to a Greener Tomorrow,” this global gathering united experts, researchers, and innovators to explore the role of digital solutions in advancing sustainability.

Co-organized by Universitas Islam Indonesia and INTI International University, with key support from the IEEE Computer Society, ICITDA 2024 showcased the strength of international collaboration. Special thanks go to partner institutions—Universitas Komputer Indonesia, Universitas Tarumanagara, JAIN University, and Qassim University—for their essential contributions.

Event Highlights:

  • Day 1: Opening remarks from Prof. Lau Sian Lun (IEEE Malaysia Chapter), followed by keynote sessions from Dr. Muhammad Islam (Qassim University) and Dr. Chandra Kusuma Dewa (UII).
  • Day 2: Insightful presentations by Prof. Emeritus Dato’ Ts Dr. Tengku Mohd Tengku Sembung (International Islamic University Malaysia) and Assoc. Prof. Viny Christanti Mawardi (Universitas Tarumanagara, Indonesia).
