A research sharing session titled “Evolving Perspectives in Forecasting Stock Market Volatility” was conducted to promote knowledge dissemination and strengthen academic and research competencies. The session also highlighted the importance of integrating research insights into teaching and sustainability-oriented decision-making.
A total of 65 participants, mainly students and researchers from Yantai Nanshan University along with attendees from other institutions, took part in the session. Participants gained valuable exposure to financial modelling techniques, enhancing their analytical skills and understanding of industry-relevant practices.
The session also encouraged peer learning and active knowledge sharing, with participants expressing their intention to share the insights gained with their peers.
Overall, the session provided a meaningful platform for academic engagement, supporting continuous learning and research development.
