“Ramadan Loves and Hope” is a porridge distribution initiative organised in conjunction with the holy month of Ramadan at Poliklinik Keluarga An-Najihah. The programme aims to spread kindness, hope, and compassion among the local community, particularly patients, healthcare workers, and visitors during the fasting month.
Through the distribution of warm porridge, the initiative created a meaningful opportunity to foster unity, care, and togetherness among individuals from different backgrounds. Beyond providing food, the programme reflected the spirit of empathy, gratitude, and generosity that is closely associated with Ramadan.
The initiative also served as a gesture of appreciation and emotional support for healthcare workers and patients who continue to face daily challenges during the fasting season. The simple act of sharing meals helped bring comfort, encouragement, and a sense of connection to the community.
In addition, the programme promoted awareness on the importance of kindness, social responsibility, and community support, especially among younger generations. Overall, “Ramadan Loves and Hope” successfully strengthened community bonds while spreading joy and hope through small but meaningful acts of giving.
