Dr. Venoth Rex successfully conducted a two-day team building training programme titled “Full Throttle!” for 50 participants from the automotive industry. The programme took place at Sinar Eco Resort, Johor, from 20 to 21 September 2025.
As part of the KTP initiative, the session drew on Dr. Venoth’s expertise in leadership and emotional intelligence, aligned with his INTI Seed Grant research. The training was delivered through a mix of interactive indoor and outdoor activities, creating an engaging and practical learning environment for participants.
Throughout the programme, participants developed key skills and values that can be applied in their daily professional and personal lives. The activities encouraged teamwork, communication, adaptability, and innovative thinking.
The programme also reflected the principles of Sustainable Development Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), as participants were challenged to think creatively and demonstrate innovation. In addition, elements of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) were integrated into the activities, promoting well-rounded development and a stronger sense of responsibility towards society.
Overall, the training provided a meaningful experience that combined learning, collaboration, and personal growth for industry professionals.
