INTI Sustainable Policies:
INTI is committed to integrity, professionalism, and accountability. To maintain these values, we provide a secure and confidential whistleblowing channel through the IntiEthics Platform.
This platform allows employees, consultants, vendors, and business partners to report misconduct that violates our ethical standards. It is aligned with the Whistleblower Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) and offers the following protections:
In situations where legal proceedings require disclosure, INTI will seek the whistleblower’s consent before proceeding. However, protection will be revoked if a report is made in bad faith or if the whistleblower is found to be involved in the misconduct.
