Entry Criteria

By submitting an application to the EcoRise Southeast Asia competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Application Format & Deadline

All applications must be submitted using the official application form provided, in English, by the specified deadline. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

Individual Institutional Focus

Applications must highlight an initiative led by a single institution. Collaborative projects involving multiple institutions are welcome but must clearly identify a lead institution. Contributions from partners can be acknowledged under a group or partnership name where appropriate.

Verification and Auditing

The organisers reserve the right to audit any winning application to validate the claims made in the submission.

Commitment to Knowledge Sharing

By applying, institutions agree to share good practices with the broader community. Selected submissions may be published to showcase regional sustainability efforts and innovations.

Feedback Policy

While the organisers will aim to provide general feedback to unsuccessful applicants, individual or specific feedback cannot be guaranteed due to the volume of entries.

All shortlisted Finalists must submit a brief case study or 3–5 minute video highlighting their project for public dissemination. Guidance will be provided upon selection.
