  • Applying sustainability principles in the planning, design, construction, renovation, and maintenance of our buildings and campuses.
  • Minimizing energy, water, and material consumption. Reducing waste and maximizing recycling to achieve a zero-waste campus.
  • Protecting and enhancing the campus’s natural environment. Encouraging sustainable transportation options.
  • Reducing carbon emissions from campus operations, with a goal of achieving carbon neutrality.
  • Implementing solutions to address the urban heat challenge on campus.
