You will be required to complete the ISIT200 Industry Placement, which is a single 8-week period of approved industry placement, assessed in the form of written reports which must be completed before graduation.

Entry Level Entry Requirements
Foundation Having completed Matriculation / Foundation Programme with an average of 60% (CGPA 2.40) & credits in Maths at SPM level
Diploma in computing With an average of 60% (CGPA 2.50) & credit in Maths at SPM level (candidate who pass below 2.50 but more than 2.00 need to go through the internal evaluation process)
Diploma in other field With CGPA 2.50 & credit in Maths at SPM level
STPM Aggregate of 6 in the best 3 subjects (A/A-=5, B+=4, B=3, B-/C+=2, C=1) & credit in Maths at SPM level
UEC 5Bs including credits in Maths, aggregate of 18 in best 5 subjects
(A1/A2=5, B3/B4=4, B5/B6=3, C7/C8=2)
A Level Minimum value of 8 must be achieved in either
i. 3 A Level (A2) subjects Or
ii. 2 A Level (A2) subjects & 2 Advanced Subsidiary (AS) subjects
(A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, E=1)
(Each AS subject is counted as half of the value of a subject taken at A2 level)
CPU Minimum average score of 65% across 6 grade 12 University (U) or College Preparation (M) courses including 12U English
Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY) Percentage average of best four subjects (may include English) must be at least 60
New South Wales (UNSW) Foundation Minimum GPA of 6.8
Australian Year 12 (E.G. NSW HSW, SACE, AUSMAT) South Australian Matriculation (SAM) Minimum Australian Tertiary Entrance Rank (ATAR) of 75
Other relevant foundation / diploma that is recognised by UOW Minimum average score of 60% (or equivalent)
American University Program (AUP) Completed (pass) two years American University Program (AUP)
