The School of Culinary Arts at Kendall College is ranked number one in Chicago by the Chicago Michelin Guide Restaurants (ORC International – 2011 Survey). The school has produced some of the world’s renowned Chefs such as Michael White who was awarded a Michelin Star in 2009.

Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School (BMIHMS) is the number 1 hospitality management school in Asia Pacific and Australia (TNS 2010 Survey). Since 1991, BMIHMS has provided international qualifications in hospitality and tourism management to over 2,500 graduates, many now in senior management positions worldwide.

Malaysian Center for Tourism and Hospitality Education

We are part of the Malaysian Center for Tourism and Hospitality Education (MyCenTHE). We are the MyCenTHE cluster leader for Sabah, playing an important role in the ETP (Economic Transformation Plan) of Malaysia by spearheading the development and quality of the hospitality education for the tourism and hospitality industry of Sabah.

Malaysian Association of Hotels Training and Education Center

The Malaysian Association of Hotels Training and Education Center (MAHTEC) is owned and managed by the Malaysian Association of Hotels. As the training arm of the Association, MAHTEC is committed towards Human Resource Development and strongly believes that investment in human resource is the key factor for growth, sustainability, productivity and profitability in the Malaysian hospitality industry. In line with the organization’s vision in striving towards service excellence, MAHTEC has embarked on a range of training programs and workshops designed exclusively for the industry.

Students graduating from INTI’s Hospitality & Culinary Arts programmes will be the first to receive the Malaysian Association of Hotels Training and Education Centre (MAHTEC)’s industry certification. The partnership with MAHTEC is one the many initiatives to elevate the standard of INTI’s Hospitality & Culinary Arts programmes and raise the bar for Hospitality & Culinary Arts education, training and development.
