The Executive Committee is formed through elections and consists of student leaders responsible for overseeing student activities and welfare. The selection process includes:<\/p>

  1. Application & Interview<\/strong>: Candidates submit forms and resumes, followed by interviews by the Independent Election Committee (IEC).<\/li>
  2. Election<\/strong>: Students vote for the top four positions:
    • President<\/li>
    • Vice President of Administration and Services<\/li>
    • Vice President of Activities<\/li>
    • Vice President of Academic Affairs<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Internal Nomination<\/strong>: Remaining committee roles are filled through an internal process.<\/li><\/ol>

      The EXCO organises the Student Forum<\/strong> each semester\u2014a platform for students to voice concerns and suggestions directly to university management.
