The sessions aimed to enhance participants\u2019 academic writing skills and provide guidance on preparing articles for high-impact journals.<\/p><p data-start=\"680\" data-end=\"967\">Organised with the support of IRCC, the workshop and coaching clinic offered eight dedicated slots for lecturers to receive focused guidance and feedback. The sessions provided valuable insights into publication standards, research writing techniques, and the overall submission process.<\/p><p data-start=\"969\" data-end=\"1098\">Overall, the initiative strengthened academic collaboration and supported the professional development of the visiting lecturers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
