The B40 group refers to\u00a0the bottom 40% income earners in Malaysia. The program recognizes the crucial role JKM officers and staff play in supporting and uplifting\u00a0the B40 community. It aims to enhance their skills, knowledge, and motivation so that they can\u00a0<\/p><p>better assist and guide clients in overcoming challenges and improving their socioeconomic conditions.<\/p><p>Through a partnership with INTI IU, the program offers a comprehensive curriculum that\u00a0includes training sessions, workshops, and capacity-building activities. These initiatives cover\u00a0<\/p><p>a wide range of topics, including communication skills, counselling techniques, problem-solving\u00a0strategies, and community engagement.<\/p><p>The collaboration with INTI IU ensures that JKM officers and staff receive high-quality education\u00a0and professional development opportunities.
