INTI IU Registry organize We Want Your Used Cooking oil event for INTIans. The mains
purposed of this event is to create awareness among INTIans about responsibility towards to
environment and towards the community. The event was carried out to educate among
INTIans that we can recycle used cooking oil to turn it into Biofuel. The collection from the
selling used cooking oil has been donated to the charity Centre, Mercy Convalescent &
Nursing Home, Seremban.
The event started on the 15th of July and end the 15 September 2022. During the event, we
managed to collect 243.51 kilograms of used oil. Besides that, we also received donations
among INTIans for elders’ necessities such as adult diapers, tissues roll, cooling powder, and
other items. The fund that we received from selling the used oil and donation from INTIans
are donated to the charity Center.
