Overview
Our Bachelor of Commerce programme is developed in collaboration with University of Wollongong (UOW), Australia. We offer you the chance to pursue this degree with the choice of majors and minors in multiple subjects such as:
There will be 7 core Bachelor of Commerce subjects which you will need to take in your first year, with one additional first-year subject covering basic business theory and practice. You may complete your Bachelor of Commerce degree with the following qualifications:
2 semesters yearly (18 weeks each)

Accounting analysis and communicates the financial performance of an organisation, and plays an essential role in decision-making.

Professional Recognition:
Graduates who have completed their prescribed programme (17 subjects for the Accountancy major requirements plus three specified law subjects) may join these professional organisations:
- CPA Australia*

- The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA)
- Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA)
* You’ll receive an associate CPA member status with exemptions for 8 segments and papers. To obtain CPA status, you’ll need to complete 6 postgraduate segments and 3 years of supervised, relevant work experience.
** You’ll receive exemptions for nine subjects at the Fundamental level, so you’ll need to complete another five subjects to reach the ACCA professional level.
Economics
Economics provides an understanding of the operation of the economy at macro and micro levels.

Note: If you go beyond the equivalent first year of the UOW Bachelor of Commerce at INTI, you may need to take a longer period of study to complete one of these majors at UOW in Australia.
