Overview
The Foundation in Science programme prepares you for admission into a Science-related or Engineering-based degree. You will be equipped with solid fundamental knowledge and skills to pursue study in the areas of Biotechnology, Allied Health Sciences and Engineering. Opting for Engineering or Biological Science degree programmes will require you to take the respective elective subjects, while opting for the Pure Science pathway will allow you to take either Engineering or Biological Science elective subjects. The Foundation in Science certificate is also an exit certificate course that enables you to apply directly to other universities in Malaysia.
The continuous course work component comprises different tasks such as projects, assignments, laboratory work, presentations and tests assigned throughout each semester. The final examination is conducted at the end of each semester. The assessments are subject to quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards and ensure fairness. Students who have successfully completed the Foundation in Engineering/Science can choose to enter the following undergraduate programmes: Health Sciences

Prepayment fee of RM16,000 is required before the first enrollment payable towards the first semester tuition fee, registration, deposit and general administration fees. Should the total payable fees be different, international students are to pay the exact amount as advised by INTI counselors.
