Professor Dr Saw Sor Heoh Professor Dr Saw Sor Heoh current positions include Pro Vice Chancellor, Education, Quality and Innovation; Director, Centre for Plasma Research (CPR), INTI International University, Malaysia; and Co-Director, Institute for Plasma Focus Studies (IPFS), Melbourne, Australia. Her key qualifications include PhD Plasma Physics (University of Malaya), MA Educational Management (University of Nottingham), B Sc (Hons, First Class) (University of Malaya). She was the Principal of INTI International College Subang (IICS) (1999-2003), the Vice President of INTI International University & founding Dean of the Faculty of Engineering there. She has been actively introduced and implemented ISO9000 quality management system at IICS and at INTI International University, and assisted establishing the Engineering Department in INTI College Sarawak. In 2009-2011 Prof Saw was part of a INTI IU-IPFS team giving Keynote and Invited Lectures and or conducting research and research workshops in Turkey, Syria, the USA, P R China, Italy, Iran and the IAEA, Vienna, Austria; and pioneering internet research workshops, establishing collaboration to consolidate a position of international leadership for our Centre for Plasma Research in the area of plasma focus numerical experiments. Prof Saw leads the INTI UC team in a collaborative project with Kansas State University Department of Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering for which KSU has submitted a grant proposal to the prestigious US National Science Foundation.
