Our Executive Diploma in Operations Management is specially designed for working adults who are looking to take their Business careers to the next level.

You will be equipped to organize and manage resources required to complete an operation or project within scope, time, cost, quality constraints and acceptable levels of risk.

This course prepares you for the role of Operations Officer and Manager that are applicable for all industries.
